Il titolare è Alessio Mattoccia, contattabile a privacy@mattoccia.com. Il modulo raccoglie la tua email, l’app e l’argomento scelti, l’oggetto e il messaggio. Nome, versione dell’app, dispositivo e sistema sono facoltativi. Senza un recapito e una descrizione non possiamo gestire e rispondere alla richiesta. Non sono previsti allegati: non inviare password, misure corporee o dati sanitari.
I dati sono usati per fornire l’assistenza richiesta; la base è l’esecuzione della richiesta di servizio nei limiti necessari (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Per richieste relative ai diritti e obblighi applicabili vale l’art. 6.1.c; la prevenzione degli abusi si basa sul legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del servizio (art. 6.1.f). Il modulo non iscrive a newsletter e non invia risposte automatiche al recapito indicato.
Il messaggio viene consegnato alla casella dell’app nel server di posta Mattoccia; scegliendo «Richiesta privacy» arriva soltanto alla casella privacy dedicata. Sito, servizio del modulo e caselle sono ospitati sul VPS netcup in Germania. Non trasmettiamo il contenuto a servizi di intelligenza artificiale o analisi. Il tuo fornitore di posta tratterà le eventuali risposte secondo le proprie condizioni.
Conserviamo i messaggi per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e le eventuali esigenze documentate di legge o tutela dei diritti. Il server del modulo conserva riferimento, stato, data e un’impronta protetta della richiesta, senza duplicare il testo o la tua email nel registro tecnico. Copie di sicurezza possono contenere dati della casella. I contatori antispam usano un’impronta protetta dell’IP e scadono entro un’ora; vengono rimossi al successivo uso del servizio dopo la scadenza. Il token del modulo scade dopo due ore. Non utilizziamo cookie o archivi persistenti del browser per il modulo.
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità ove applicabili scrivendo a privacy@mattoccia.com. Puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Il gioco e le altre app restano separati da questo invio volontario: non allegano dati automaticamente.

The controller is Alessio Mattoccia, reachable at privacy@mattoccia.com. The form collects your email address, selected app and topic, subject and message. Name, app version, device and system are optional. We need contact details and a description to handle and answer your request. Attachments are not supported; do not send passwords, body measurements or health data.
We use the data to provide the support you request, based on performance of the requested service where necessary (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Rights requests and applicable legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c); abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in service security (Article 6(1)(f)). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send an automatic reply to the address entered.
The message is delivered to the app’s mailbox on the Mattoccia mail server. Selecting “Privacy request” sends it only to the separate privacy mailbox. The website, form service and mailboxes are hosted on the netcup VPS in Germany. We do not send the content to AI or analytics services. Your email provider handles any replies under its own terms.
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and any documented legal or rights-protection needs. The form service stores a reference, status, date and protected request digest, without duplicating the text or email address in its technical record. Backups may contain mailbox data. Anti-abuse counters use a protected IP digest, expire within one hour and are removed on the next service use after expiry. Form tokens expire after two hours. The form uses no cookies or persistent browser storage.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable at privacy@mattoccia.com, and complain to the Italian data protection authority or another competent authority. The apps remain separate from this voluntary submission and do not attach data automatically.

Verantwortlich ist Alessio Mattoccia, erreichbar unter privacy@mattoccia.com. Das Formular erfasst E-Mail, ausgewählte App und Thema, Betreff und Nachricht. Name, App-Version, Gerät und System sind freiwillig. Kontaktangaben und Beschreibung sind zur Bearbeitung und Antwort notwendig. Keine Anhänge: Bitte keine Passwörter, Körpermesswerte oder Gesundheitsdaten senden.
Die Daten dienen dem angefragten Support, soweit erforderlich auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 b DSGVO. Für Betroffenenanfragen und gesetzliche Pflichten gilt Buchstabe c; Missbrauchsschutz beruht auf dem berechtigten Interesse an der Sicherheit des Dienstes nach Buchstabe f. Das Formular meldet dich nicht zu einem Newsletter an und sendet keine automatische Antwort an die angegebene Adresse.
Die Nachricht geht an das App-Postfach auf dem Mattoccia-Mailserver. „Datenschutzanfrage“ wird ausschließlich an das getrennte Datenschutz-Postfach gesendet. Website, Formulardienst und Postfächer befinden sich auf dem netcup-VPS in Deutschland. Inhalte werden nicht an KI- oder Analysedienste übermittelt. Dein E-Mail-Anbieter verarbeitet etwaige Antworten nach seinen Bedingungen.
Nachrichten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Anfrage sowie dokumentierte gesetzliche Pflichten oder Rechtsverteidigung erforderlich ist. Der Formulardienst speichert Referenz, Status, Datum und einen geschützten Prüfwert, ohne Nachricht oder E-Mail im technischen Register zu duplizieren. Sicherungen können Postfachdaten enthalten. Missbrauchszähler verwenden einen geschützten IP-Prüfwert, laufen innerhalb einer Stunde ab und werden beim nächsten Aufruf danach entfernt. Formular-Token laufen nach zwei Stunden ab. Keine Cookies oder dauerhafte Browserspeicherung durch das Formular.
Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Übertragbarkeit können, soweit anwendbar, unter privacy@mattoccia.com ausgeübt werden. Beschwerden sind bei der italienischen oder einer anderen zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde möglich. Die Apps bleiben von dieser freiwilligen Übermittlung getrennt und hängen keine Daten automatisch an.
